Phonics: fluency reading for word families

Math-Money

Reading/Science- Dinosaurs

Sight words- tell, eat, think, our, once, around, was, gave

*Word list 24/25-Will send home tomorrow

 *Students should be taking at least two test a week, if they have not made their goal. Students should be at 75% by Friday.

*once your child has made their AR goal, they will get two papers. One is a book buck chart (please keep in their folder or book baggie). Every book they score 80% or higher on, they will get one book buck. They will color one square on their chart to keep up with how many book bucks they have. They will also get a book buck list to tell them what they can buy with their bucks. They can either buy from the list, or save their book bucks for the book buck store that will be open on May 19^th. 

We are down to the last 6 yearbooks, if you need one. They are $25

End of the year dates:

Remaining Running Club dates for Kindergarten: May 6^th, May 20^th

May 1^st-Money Supper (if you need a ticket please let me know soon)

May 18^th- Last Day to get AR points (must have goal by 10:00 am)-we will have our movie reward for all students who met their goal that afternoon. All library books are due on this day.

May 19^th- AR REWARD for all four quarters. If students meet their 4^th quarter goal they will also celebrate this day too. All students in Kindergarten met the first three quarters by reading decodable books. As long as they meet their goal this time, they will be rewarded. Book buck store will be opened on this day.

May 20^th-Graduation 9 am Students will get 6 tickets per family.

May 21^st-Last Day of school-Field day

Reading/Science- Earth Day, multiple meaning words

Sight words- one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten

*Word list 22/23

 *Students should be taking at least two test a week, if they have not made their goal. Students should be at 65% by Friday.

*once your child has made their AR goal, they will get two papers. One is a book buck chart (please keep in their folder or book baggie). Every book they score 80% or higher on, they will get one book buck. They will color one square on their chart to keep up with how many book bucks they have. They will also get a book buck list to tell them what they can buy with their bucks. They can either buy from the list, or save their book bucks for the book buck store that will be open on May 19^th. 

Yearbooks are here and ready to be sold. If you would like to purchase a yearbook for your child, the cost is $25.00. They will be sold starting tomorrow and we will sell until they are gone.

Running club is canceled for Thursday

Every book they score 80% or higher on, they will get one book buck. They will color one square on their chart to keep up with how many book bucks they have. They will also get a book buck list to tell them what they can buy with their bucks. They can either buy from the list, or save their book bucks for the book buck store that will be open on May 19^th.
